Terms and Conditions for the EZICHEQ 'Refer a Mate' Campaign.

Eligibility: The referrer must be an existing EZICHEQ customer with an active premium subscription. The referee must be a new customer who has never had an EZICHEQ subscription before.

Referral Process: The referrer must submit their 'mates' details by submitting their details on the required online form. The referee must successfully sign-up to the EZICHEQ premium plan.
‍
Rewards: Upon successful sign-up and subscription activation by the referee, both the referrer and the referee will receive one month free subscription to the value of the premium plan. The free month will be applied to the next billing cycle.

Limits: A customer can refer as many 'mates' as they would like.
The referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. The free month excludes the cost of smart labels and is only limited to the value and cost of the base premium plan.

Subscription Plans: The referee must subscribe to EZICHEQ Premium Plan and must maintain an active EZICHEQ subscription for a minimum of eight months from the date of their initial sign-up.

If the referee terminates their subscription before completing the eight-month commitment period, the free month received as part of the referral reward will be charged back to the account. The chargeback will be applied to the referee's final bill or invoiced separately if necessary.

‍Fraudulent Activity: EZICHEQ reserves the right to disqualify any participants suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral program.

Program Changes: EZICHEQ reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
