Refer A Mate

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The referrer must be an existing EZICHEQ customer with an active Premium subscription.
The referee must be a new customer who has never held an EZICHEQ subscription before.

Referral Process:
The referrer must submit their mate’s details using the official online form provided by EZICHEQ. The referee must successfully sign up to the EZICHEQ Premium Plan and activate their subscription.

Rewards:
Upon successful sign-up and activation of the referee's subscription:
Both the referrer and the referee will receive one month free of the EZICHEQ Premium Plan, up to the value of $50.
If the referrer's current plan exceeds $50 per month, a $50 credit will be applied to their next billing cycle.
If the referree's plan exceeds $50 per month, a $50 credit will be applied to their next billing cycle.
The referrer will also receive a $50 Prezzy Card for each successful referral.
The free month and Prezzy Card will be processed after the referee’s subscription has been confirmed and the first payment has been received.

Limits:
A customer may refer as many mates as they wish – there is no cap on the number of referrals or Prezzy Cards that can be earned. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
The free month excludes the cost of smart labels and applies only to the value of the base Premium Plan.

Duplicate Referrals:
‍In cases where the same referee (business) is nominated by multiple individuals, only the first valid referral received will be considered, and the referee and the first nominator only will be eligible for the referral rewards.
EZICHEQ reserves the right to determine the order and validity of referral submissions based on form submission timestamps.

Subscription Plans:
The referee must subscribe to the EZICHEQ Premium Plan and maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 12 months from the date of sign-up. If the referee cancels their subscription before completing 12 months, the free month and the cost of the prezzy card will be charged back to their account. This charge will appear on the final invoice or be billed separately if required.

Fraudulent Activity:
EZICHEQ reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify any participants suspected of fraudulent activity, ineligible sign-ups, or misuse of the referral program.
Program Changes: EZICHEQ reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the referral campaign at any time without prior notice.
