The Australia Early Bird EOFY offer is available for a limited time (12June 2026) and only for businesses based in Australia

To claim the offer, new customers must complete the EZICHEQ sign-up process by creating an EZICHEQ account, submit a valid credit card on the system before the campaign end date (12 June 2026) to confirm participation and claim the benfits.

Australian based enquiries who sign up to EZICHEQ by 12 June 2026 will go into the draw to win one (1) annual subscription of EZICHEQ Premium. The prize consists of an EZICHEQ Premium subscription valued at $100 per month, covering up to 100 assets, for a period of 12 months. Any assets added beyond the included 100 will incur additional charges and will be the responsibility of the customer.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another product or service.

Is EZICHEQ an App?

EZICHEQ is a web-based platform, so you don’t need to install an app to access your data. View item information, checklists, and audit trails from any device with a browser—making it simple, flexible, and always accessible.

What is a smart label?

EZICHEQ uses unique QR-coded labels and or NFC tags to manage items. Each label is tied to a specific item, with the option to assign new asset numbers or carry over existing ones. To onboard an item, simply scan the smart label with your device and follow the setup process. Once completed, the item is instantly accessible on the platform. How long does onboarding take?

Most businesses complete onboarding within 2-3 days. The most time consuming part is uploading assets and creating custom checklists but EZICHEQ can help you with onboarding. Already have an asset register? We can bulk upload files to save you time.

Will my team find EZICHEQ difficult?

EZICHEQ is designed to be simple and intuitive. Most people are familiar with scanning QR codes, so getting started is easy. We provide full training to ensure your team feels confident, plus ongoing support to help with any questions along the way.

How secure is my data?

The data you save is 100% yours, and keeping it secure is our priority. EZICHEQ uses encrypted servers to ensure only authorised users can access your information. We follow industry-standard security protocols, including regular backups and updates, to protect your data and prevent unauthorised access. The benefit of EZICHEQ is that anyone can scan an item to see basic infomation related to the item, while sensitive details stay private or can be available to public as needed.

How does pricing work?

EZICHEQ is a cost-effective platform designed for value. We charge based on the number of items you manage, not per user. Our Premium subscription is $100/month for 100 items, with additional items at $1 each. Labels are a one-off cost—choose from our affordable range in the EZICHEQ store or create your own.
